Ribbon and responsibility
Oh, Census. How sneaky and conniving you are, tiptoeing lightly into the details of my life. Disguising yourself as necessary and unintrusive. I am very disappointed in you, dear Census. You need to sit in the corner and think about what you have done. You just wait until I tell your father about this.
Naughty Census aside, I think I may have found what I was looking for, and it was right in front of me the whole time.
I am currently working on a line of crocheted handbags, scarves, and shawls. In a few weeks time, I hope to have enough to open a storefront on Etsy.
Until that time comes, I will be oh-so-busy with yards of yarn and acres of ribbon, measuring and counting stitches until my eyes bleed. (Well, that’s gross...) Such will be the topic of the many blog posts to come (sans eye bleeding), hopefully replete with beautiful photographs via the sexy camera I’ll be buying myself after we close on the house. So stay tuned, good folks of the internetz, and godspeed.
